Ordering Information To Order By Mail We accept personal checks, cashiers checks, and money orders, as well as Discover, Visa, and MasterCard credit and debit cards on any mail order. Generally we will ship your order to you no later than 48 hours from the time your payment has cleared. Standard Shipping Usually, your order will be shipped out no later than 48 hours after payment has cleared. Our primary shipping carrier is Federal Express, which al- lows us to keep shipping charges as low as possible. All Orders that are shipped via Federal Express ground within the continental United States will have the cost of shipping added to the order based on the shipping chart shown below. If you prefer that your order be shipped by another shipping company, you may request such when placing your order and we will quote you shipping charges at that time. Some items may be too large or too heavy to be shipped using standard ground shipping. In such a case, the item(s) to be shipped will be done so by Motor Freight. We will notify you of this when you place your order and will provide you with a shipping and/or crating charge at that time. Air Shipping Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Third Day Select Shipping is available on most items. You may request one of these shipping options when you place your order and we will quote you shipping charges at that time. Returns & Refunds We accept returns on most items for thirty (30) days from the date of your invoice and will issue a refund for the purchase price less shipping charges as long as the items returned are still new in the original box. Items that have been installed, painted, scratched, or bear any sign of use cannot be returned. If you receive a defective part or we make a mistake on your order, notify us as soon as possible and we will expedite an exchange and cover all shipping costs to do so. All returns require a Return Authorization number (RA#), a copy of your invoice and a letter explaining why you are returning the item. The RA# should be written on the outside of the box. We will not accept for return any items returned without an RA#. All pre- approved items for return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returned items must have shipping pre-paid. We will not accept C.O.D. returns. Certain items cannot be returned such as books, catalogs, electrical parts, wood parts, special order parts or custom made items. If you receive items that have been damaged in shipping the carrier should be notified immediately. If items are delivered via Motor Freight, please count all cartons before signing for the delivery and note any discrepancies on the bill of lading with your signature. DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED ITEMS TO US!!. The carrier is responsible for all damages caused during shipping and will need to inspect the damaged items.
